Capacity Building & Executive Coaching
CMC strengthens the sustainability and performance of community-based nonprofits to achieve life-changing results for children and families. We offer up to 350 hours per nonprofit – results in stronger organizations and significant and lasting benefits for the children they serve. We provide our transformative services because the nonprofits we work with are critical to their communities and could not otherwise afford it. We serve as Executive Coach to non-profit CEO or COO’s and provide in depth learning and skill development. Our engagement typically last 15-24 months per non-profit.
We work with each partner to build a clear strategy, set priorities, and identify how to measure and increase their impact. Through weekly four-hour coaching sessions, we work with each nonprofit's leadership to develop a detailed work plan that prioritizes objectives and responsibilities within each of the eight core service areas. Every partnership is tailored to the needs of that specific organization.

Interim Management Services
CMC provides interim management services when the Board suddenly finds that there is a leadership gap at the C- suite level. CMC will fill the role while the board takes the time to locate the next leader of the organization. An Interim typically serves during the executive search process which can be three to six months.
Executive Placement
Recognizing the need for affordable placement services for non-profit. CMC provides a flat fee regardless on salary amount. With the flat fee, we offer the following services:
